At Vakari, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If there is an issue with your order and your return or replacement request has been approved by our team, you may be eligible for a refund.
🔸 When are refunds applicable?
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

The product is out of stock, and replacement is not possible

You received a damaged or defective item, and proof has been verified

You cancelled the order before it was dispatched

Other valid reasons approved by the Vakari support team
🔸 How will the refund be processed?

Once approved, the refund will be issued via your eSewa, Khalti, bank account, or the original payment method

The refund process may take 5–7 working days
🔸 Important Notes:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid eSewa/Khalti ID or bank account details for the refund
-
Refunds are not provided for reasons like change of mind, personal preferences, or dislike of product texture/fragrance
